The following recipes are taken from various sources and people. Like me, you are probably looking for healthy meals to feed your family. Most of the recipes are gluten-free or can be adapted for gluten-free and/or dairy-free cooking.
I recommend using good oils such as olive, coconut, avocado and grapeseed oils. I personally use real butter, almond / coconut milk, organic whole milk, organic whipping cream or half & half. Some of the recipes may call for sugar (sometimes we just can't get away from it). I try to substitute with coconut sugar when I can. There are healthy substitutes for sugar on the market, but it depends on your personal taste and preference.
I suggest using fresh organic fruits,vegetables and meats when possible. The less processed foods we put in our bodies, the healthier our lives will be.
