2 Cans garbonzo beans
2 small apples
1/3 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. creamy peanut butter or tahini
2-3 TBS water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp apple pie spice
2 heaping TBS brown sugar (Coconut sugar may be substituted)
In food processor blend half the ingredients. Empty into bowl and blend other half. Serve with pita chips or apple slices.
