Pumpkin Chili

3 lbs. ground beef (grass fed)

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can pumpkin

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 cans condensed tomato soup

6 oz. chili sauce (without high-fructose corn syrup)

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. chili powder

 

In a large Dutch oven or soup kettle, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients; stir to mix well.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
