Fresh spinach, cut up
4 Scallions, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
Black olives, sliced
Large sheet of aluminum foil
Mix spinach, artichokes, scallions, garlic, black olives, and olive oil in a bowl.
Place salmon on foil and cover with spinach mixture.
Seal foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
