Smoothies / Juices

If you're having a hard time fitting in all those servings of vegetables and fruit, make a smoothie or juice up some fruit. You can fit in a few servings of vegetables in one smoothie! Don't be afraid of the greens!  If you're not sure of the taste, throw in some fruit or yogurt. You will be surprised how good kale can taste with a little banana mixed in!
