Fruit Nut Smoothie

 

1 banana

1 C almond, coconut, or soy milk

1 C berries

1 C diced melon

1/2 C almonds

2-4 ice cubes

 

Mix in high-powered blender for 1-2 minutes and serve.  Makes 2 servings
