Fried Brussels Sprouts

Amount of brussel sprouts and oil depends on the amount you want to make


Clean brussel sprouts and cut in half

Saute garlic in olive oil in fry pan

Place cut brussel sprouts face down in oil

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Cover and cook on medium/low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.

Add more oil as needed. Cook uncovered before end of cooking time if you want crispier

brussel sprouts
