Cacao Ceremony | Breathwork | Movement Integration
join us for a nourishing afternoon of connection, healing and empowerment as we journey around the chakana medicine wheel, opening the heart as we sit with the sacred plant medicine of Cacao. We'll move into the breath, with guidance, meditation and sound that taps into our innate wisdom for deep healing, releasement and balance before integrating our experience through restorative movement.
